- Technical information such as your device type and general usage data collected through our booking platform
We only collect sensitive information (such as health information) where you voluntarily provide it and it is directly relevant to our services. We do not require sensitive information to participate in a Workshop.

- Directly from you when you register for a Workshop through our booking platform (Go High Level)
- From payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay) as part of transaction processing
- During Workshop sessions where you participate verbally or on camera

- From our website and social media platforms when you engage with us voluntarily

- Process your Workshop registration and payment
- Communicate with you about your registration, including confirmation, reminders, and replays
- Deliver the Workshop and provide participant support

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information to:
- Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including our booking platform (Go High Level), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay), and video conferencing platform (Zoom)
- Email marketing platforms we use to communicate with you
- Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, under obligations of confidentiality
- Government authorities or law enforcement where required by law
Where we disclose your information to third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Some of these providers may be located overseas. By using our services, you consent to your information being disclosed to overseas recipients where this is reasonably necessary for us to provide our services.
7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND YOUR DATA
Our Workshops discuss and demonstrate third-party AI and software platforms. When you create your own account on any such platform during or following a Workshop, the collection and use of your personal information by that platform is governed entirely by that platform's own privacy policy.
We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, how any third-party platform collects, stores, uses, or discloses your personal information or your clients' data. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the privacy policies and terms of any platform you choose to use.
We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy and data handling practices of any AI platform before inputting any personal, sensitive, or client data into that platform.
8. SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our booking platform and payment processors use industry-standard encryption and security measures.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorised access that is outside our reasonable control.

9. DATA RETENTION

Recordings of live Workshop sessions are retained for the duration of the access period and may be retained thereafter for internal purposes. We will delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed.
10. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct any information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

In some circumstances we may decline to provide access or make a correction, in which case we will explain our reasons in writing.
