Hive AI Membership
Hive AI is a month-to-month subscription membership. Pricing is as follows:
Founding Members:
$97 AUD per month (locked in for life)
Standard Members:
$147 AUD per month
Founding member pricing is available to members who subscribe before a specified date. Once you lock in the founding member price, you retain this price for the lifetime of your membership, even if you cancel and rejoin later.
Payment is charged automatically each month on the date you signed up, unless you cancel your subscription. Your subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel.
Workshops and Single Events
Registration for workshops and single events is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. These are separate transactions from the membership.
Evolution Coaching Programme
Evolution is a six-month contracted coaching program delivered by Hive Hub Collective. It is not a membership and cannot be cancelled at will. By enrolling in Evolution, you are entering into a binding financial contract.
You can choose to pay in one of two ways at sign-up:
Pay in Full:
$3,997 AUD (one-time payment)
Payment Plan:
$997 AUD upfront, then 5 equal monthly payments of $997 AUD (total $5,982 AUD)
If you select the payment plan, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method monthly for the duration of the contract. You remain legally liable for the full contracted amount regardless of your level of participation or usage.
Standalone Courses
Standalone courses require payment of the applicable fee upfront. Once payment is processed, you receive lifetime access to the course materials.
By enrolling in Evolution, you are entering into a fixed-term financial contract. You agree to pay the total program fee regardless of your level of participation, engagement, or completion of the program.
If you selected a payment plan, your card will be charged automatically each month on your payment date for the duration of the six-month contract. This is a binding obligation and cannot be cancelled early without owing the full remaining balance.
What Happens if Payment Fails
If a payment fails to process, we will attempt to charge your card up to three times over a reasonable period. If all three attempts fail, your contract will be terminated immediately. You will be removed from the program and lose access to all program materials, live calls, replays, and community access.
You remain legally liable for any outstanding payments owed at the time of contract termination, including any costs we incur in attempting to collect payment (such as debt collection agency or legal fees).
No Refunds
Evolution fees are non-refundable. There is no money-back guarantee or early cancellation option. Once you enrol and payment is processed, your obligation to pay the full contracted amount stands regardless of personal circumstances or level of engagement.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Evolution fails to be provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose as represented, you may have additional rights under the ACL.
You can cancel your Hive AI subscription at any time with no penalties and no questions asked.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your access to the membership revokes automatically and you will not be charged again.
For example: If you're charged on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, your access continues until the 14th of the following month. You will not be charged again after your final billing date.
