A UGC challenge for anyone 40+ who's into everything, has a busy brain, and wants real income from home, without becoming an influencer, burning out or picking one thing. With AI doing the heavy lifting, because none of us have the time.

If this is you, you're in the right room

You've got ten tabs open right now.

You're over your job and want to walk out most days. Or your business has stalled and you need money coming in now, not in 12 months. And somewhere along the way, you started wondering if the problem is you.

  • ✕You've got ten ideas, three half-finished courses, and someone telling you to pick one thing
  • ✕You've posted and posted, and heard crickets
  • ✕You've been told you need 10k followers before anyone will pay you
  • ✕Peri has knocked your confidence about and you hate how you look on camera
  • ✕You feel invisible online, like the internet was built for 23-year-olds
  • ✕You get excited about something for two weeks, then it's gone, and you've started calling yourself flaky
  • ✕You just want some cash coming in while you work out what you actually want to do

You are not the problem. The model is.

Post every day. Grow a following. Pick a niche. Go viral. That model was never built for a 40-something brain juggling work, kids, parents and hormones. So of course it didn't stick.

Let's be honest

Making money online is hard. Making content that goes nowhere is harder.

What it's been like

You've done the courses. You've filmed the reels. You've watched other people make it look easy while your views sat still and your bank balance didn't move.

That's not a discipline problem. That's working for free.

What UGC changes

You make the content, a brand pays you for it, and it goes on their page, not yours. No algorithm deciding whether you get paid. No waiting a year to build an audience first.

The work you've been doing for nothing finally has a price on it.

Here's what nobody tells you

Nobody wants to buy wrinkle cream from a 22-year-old.

Brands are looking for you

Brands are short on people over 40. Their customers aren't all 22, and they need faces that look like the people actually buying.

That's UGC

Brands pay you to make short videos and photos of their products for their ads, website and socials. It goes on their page, not yours.

What UGC actually looks like

It's not a polished, over-produced ad.

It's meant to look real. Brands want the kind of video a friend would send you: your kitchen, your phone, your voice, ums and all. No studio. No ring light. No crew.

Kristen, phone-filmed selfie video: You are not too late. You are not too much. You are not too old.
Mia filming in the car: 40+, ADHD, unemployed and getting paid good for creating content
Kristen, phone-filmed video: As a multi passionate person this is how you never have to niche down again
Mia in a pink hoodie trying a skincare product: Getting in the beef tallow train
Kristen, phone-filmed video: Pressed record. Didn't overthink it. You do it
Mia holding a gadget at home: AI voice recorder

real videos, filmed on our own phones · bed, car, couch

If you can film a video for the group chat, you can do this.

More than a side hustle

UGC isn't the side hustle. It's the skill that pays you everywhere.

Plenty of people learn UGC, land a few jobs and drift off. That's not what this is. The skills you build here are the ones every part of making money online needs, and brands pay you while you learn them.

Being on camera

Comfortable enough to hit record, ums and all. That carries straight into your own content and whatever you build next.

Hooks that stop the scroll

The first three seconds that make people stay. Useful for every post you'll ever make.

Pricing and pitching

Knowing what you're worth, saying it out loud, and getting replies instead of crickets.

Income while you work it out

Money coming in now, so you're not deciding your future from a place of panic.

Brands pay you to practise. Then the skills are yours, for whatever comes next.

Why it's 40+ only

Built for your brain, your life and your hormones.

Most UGC advice is written for 23-year-olds with a ring light, endless energy and nobody asking what's for dinner. We're building this specifically for 40+: around day jobs, school runs, ageing parents, brain fog, and the days peri flattens you. Different life, different strategy.

Without

Burning out

Short bursts with real end dates, built around your energy, not a posting schedule.

Without

Going viral

Your views don't matter here. Brands pay for the video, not your reach.

Without

Picking a niche

Skincare, dog toys, kitchen gadgets. Everything you're into counts.

Without

Ditching anything

Keep your job, your business, your family. UGC fits around the life you've already got.

Without

Pretending

Sound like you, look like you. Brands want the real customer, grey hairs included.

Without

Doing it alone

Live, with us and a room full of people who get it.

Without

Running on empty

No time and even less energy? Same. We'll show you how to use AI to write your scripts, hooks, pitches and follow-ups in minutes, so the little energy you've got left goes into hitting record, not staring at a blank page.

The best income for a creative, busy brain

Built for a brain that's into everything.

Every brief is different. Skincare one week, a dog toy the next, a kitchen gadget after that. Get bored doing one thing? Can't stick to a niche? Being into everything isn't a problem here. It's the job.

And if you've got ADHD, UGC works the way your brain does: a short brief, a real deadline, done, paid, next. It rewards a hyperfocus burst instead of punishing you for it. Finally, something with an end date that your brain can actually finish.

Short brief→Real deadline→Done→→Next
Get paid, not gifted

You can't pay the power bill in moisturiser.

We'll show you what brands actually pay, how to charge for usage rights, and how to say no to "gifted collabs" without burning the bridge.

Proof

No big following. No problem.

Who's running it

We're Mia & Kristen.

Two neurodivergent mums in our 40s who've been creating content for brands for over five years and made multiple 6 figures doing it.

We know what it's like to build something online and watch it flop, because we've done it. UGC is the one thing that never stopped paying us. When launches flopped, brands were still in our inbox, and most of them found us, we didn't go looking. We've worked with some of the top brands we love around the world, and trained thousands of women to do the same.

We're not coaches selling a dream. We still do the work, every month, and love helping others do it too.
