The short version. Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer yours to someone else up to 7 days before. Appetisers and drinks are included, and we will cater for dietary requirements if you email us in time, so please read section 6. The day is filmed and photographed throughout, and by attending you agree to appear in that footage. Everything below sits under the Australian Consumer Law, which gives you rights we cannot take away.
These terms (Event Terms) govern the sale of tickets to, and your attendance at, Unscripted (MA40+) (the Event), run by Hive Hub Collective Pty Ltd ABN 72 687 287 627 (we, us, our).
By buying a ticket you agree to these Event Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of anyone you buy a ticket for. If you do not agree, do not buy a ticket.
These Event Terms apply specifically to the Event and sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where these Event Terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions, these Event Terms apply to the Event. In particular, the cancellation window in the general Terms for online workshops does not apply to the Event, because the Event is an in-person event with costs we commit to well in advance.
What: Unscripted (MA40+), a one day in-person content and community event for content creators.
When: Saturday 28 November 2026. The Event runs from 12:30pm to 5:00pm.
Where: St Kilda, Victoria. The exact venue address is confirmed to ticket holders by email before the Event.
The Event runs at a single venue. After the formal programme ends at 4:00pm we stay at the venue for drinks, and afterwards some of us go into the city for dinner. Dinner is optional, is at your own cost, and is not part of the Event.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Hive Hub Collective Pty Ltd is registered for GST.
Ticket types and prices are shown on the ticket page at the time of purchase. We may offer different ticket types at different prices at different times, including discounted early release tickets. Buying at one price does not entitle you to a refund or credit if a different price is offered at another time.
Your ticket is confirmed only when we have received payment in full and issued you a confirmation. Payment is processed by our third party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
A ticket is a personal, revocable licence to attend the Event. It is not a purchase of goods and it does not give you any interest in the venue.
Where a limited release, capped allocation or time limited price is advertised, we will honour the stated limit. We will not extend an advertised deadline while continuing to advertise it as closing.
Tickets are non-refundable. We commit to venue, catering, staffing and production costs well before the Event based on tickets sold, and those costs are not recoverable if you do not attend.
If you do not attend, or you arrive after the Event has finished, no refund or credit is payable.
You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the Event by emailing us at hello@hivehubcollective.co with the new attendee's full name and email address. The new attendee is bound by these Event Terms. We do not charge a transfer fee. Any money that changes hands between you and the new attendee is a matter between the two of you.
Tickets must not be resold at a profit, auctioned, or used as a prize or promotional tool without our written consent. We may cancel without refund any ticket we reasonably believe has been resold or transferred in breach of this clause.
If we cancel the Event, you will receive, at your election, a full refund of the ticket price or a credit toward a rescheduled event.
If we reschedule the Event to a different date, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 14 days of us notifying you of the new date.
If we materially change the location (for example, to a venue outside St Kilda) you may request a full refund by emailing us within 14 days of us notifying you of the change.
Where we refund, we refund the ticket price you paid. We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, parking, childcare, time off work or any other cost you incur in connection with attending. Please consider travel insurance if you are travelling a long distance.
The Event programme, run sheet, speakers, panellists, hosts, sponsors, activities, inclusions and suppliers are indicative and may change. We will not refund a ticket because a particular speaker, sponsor, activity or inclusion changes or is not available, provided the Event as a whole still goes ahead in substantially the form advertised.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If the Event is not provided with due care and skill, or is materially different from what was advertised, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy regardless of the clauses above.
The VIP tier was withdrawn from sale on 4 September 2026. This section continues to apply to anyone who bought a VIP ticket before then.
The VIP ticket includes entry to the Event plus lifetime access to the UGC Course, and one month of access to Evolution, our group coaching programme, together with the Hive AI membership for that same month.
The UGC Course is delivered through our online course hub and your access to it does not expire. The Evolution and Hive AI access starts on a date we notify you of after the Event and runs for one month. It does not automatically continue and it does not automatically bill you. If you want to keep going after the month, that is a separate decision and a separate purchase at the prices published on our website at the time. Nothing about the VIP ticket enrols you in the full six month Evolution programme or creates any ongoing payment obligation.
The UGC Course, the Evolution month and the Hive AI month are delivered online and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. They have no cash value, are not refundable or transferable separately from the ticket, and cannot be exchanged for a discount on the ticket price.
The Event is designed for content creators aged 40 and over, but attendance is not restricted by age above 18.
You must be 18 or over to attend. The Event is held at a licensed venue and we cannot admit anyone under 18. You may be asked to show valid photo identification proving your age at entry or at the bar, and entry or service may be refused if you cannot.
The Event is not suitable for children. Children, infants and additional guests cannot be brought to the Event. Every attendee needs their own ticket.
Your ticket includes food and drinks provided through the Event. Anything beyond what is provided is at your own cost.
Dietary requirements: tell us early.
We will cater for dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances where we reasonably can. Email us at hello@hivehubcollective.co as early as you can, and no later than 14 days before the Event, so the venue and caterer have time to arrange it. We may not be able to accommodate a requirement told to us after that, or on the day.
Food is prepared in commercial kitchens that also handle common allergens, which may include (without limitation) nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish and lupin. While we will do our best to meet your requirement, we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen and we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.
If you have a severe or anaphylactic allergy, please still carry your own medication, including any adrenaline autoinjector, and tell someone you are attending with.
Where alcohol is available at the Event, it is supplied by the licensed venue under the venue's own liquor licence, and Victorian responsible service of alcohol laws apply. Venue staff may refuse service to any person who is intoxicated or appears to be intoxicated, and we or the venue may require any intoxicated person to leave. No refund is payable if you are refused service or removed for this reason.
You must not bring your own alcohol to the venue.
Toilets: toilets are available on site at the venue.
Parking: parking is not provided or reserved by us. Any parking near the venue is street or public parking, subject to availability, with rates and restrictions set by the operator or the council, not by us. You park at your own risk. We are not responsible for your vehicle or anything left in it, or for any parking fees, fines or infringements you incur. We will send transport and parking guidance with the venue address before the Event.
Accessibility: if you have accessibility needs, please email us at hello@hivehubcollective.co before you buy a ticket so we can tell you honestly what the venue can and cannot accommodate.
You must comply with the venue's own rules, conditions of entry and directions from venue staff at all times. The venue may refuse entry or remove any person in accordance with its own conditions of entry.
The Event is a content creation event. It is filmed and photographed extensively throughout the day by us, by our suppliers, by sponsors and by other attendees. There is no part of the Event where you can expect not to be filmed or photographed.
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free licence to use your name, likeness, image, voice and any footage or photographs of you captured at the Event for any purpose connected with our business, including marketing, advertising, social media, websites, sales pages, case studies and future event promotion, in any medium now known or later developed.
You are not entitled to any payment for this use. If you do not agree to this, please do not buy a ticket.

If you have a genuine safety reason for not being filmed, contact us before the Event and we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee you will not appear in footage captured by other attendees.
Content you create at the Event using your own device is yours. You are free to use it commercially, including for brand work, subject to any separate agreement you make with a sponsor.
Photographs and video we or our suppliers capture and provide to you are provided for your own use, including commercial use in your own content. We may also use them as set out in section 8.
Our teaching materials, frameworks, prompts, systems, handouts and presentations remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, licence or teach them as your own.
Sponsors may provide products, samples, goodie bags, prizes and services at the Event. Those items are supplied by the third party, not by us.
We give no warranty about any third party product or service, including its quality, safety, suitability or any claim made about it. Please check ingredients and labels yourself, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities. Any issue with a sponsor product is between you and that sponsor, although we will help put you in touch.
Sponsor line up, products and prizes may change at any time and are not part of what you are buying.
If you receive a gifted product or prize and post about it, you are responsible for complying with advertising disclosure rules that apply to you.
This is a room built to feel safe. You agree to treat everyone at the Event, including other attendees, our team, venue staff, suppliers and sponsors, with respect.
We may refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any person who:
No refund is payable if you are refused entry or removed under this section.
You must not attend if you are unwell with a contagious illness. If you cannot attend for health reasons, section 4 applies, and we encourage you to transfer your ticket under clause 4.2.
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the Event. The Event involves standing, moving between activity areas, amplified music and lighting effects. If you have a medical condition, injury, mobility limitation, or sensitivity to loud music or flashing lights, please take that into account and participate only to the extent that is safe for you.
You participate in all Event activities voluntarily and at your own risk. You must follow all safety directions and signage at the venue.
We do not provide medical care. In an emergency we will call emergency services.
You are responsible for your own belongings, including cameras, phones, tripods, lighting, laptops and bags. We do not provide secure storage and we are not liable for loss, theft or damage to your property at the venue, in any storage or change area, or in the car park.
Hive Hub Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 72 687 287 627) holds public liability insurance covering the Event. The venue holds its own insurance and licences for the premises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you in connection with the Event and these Event Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of content, loss of a brand deal, travel and accommodation costs, or loss of time.
Nothing in these Event Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including in relation to death or personal injury. Where we are permitted to limit liability for a service, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in running the Event caused by something outside our reasonable control, including fire, flood, extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemic or epidemic, public health orders or government restrictions, power failure, venue closure, strike, civil unrest, terrorism, or the failure of a critical supplier.
If such an event prevents the Event going ahead, we will reschedule it where we reasonably can, and clause 4.3 applies.
We collect your personal information to sell you a ticket, run the Event and contact you about it. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We may share your name and contact details with the venue and suppliers where necessary to run the Event. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with sponsors unless you ask us to or hand them over yourself on the day.
Important Event information, including the venue address, timings and what to bring, is sent by email to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to give us a correct email address, to check it, and to check your spam folder. We are not responsible if you miss the Event or part of it because you did not receive or did not read an email we sent.
We may update these Event Terms. The version that applies to you is the version published on this page at the time you bought your ticket, unless a change is required by law. Material changes will be notified by email to ticket holders.
These Event Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
